Mondays are usually the worst for gym motivation.
Today started off in a bit of a scramble before work. I didn’t prepare my lunch to the best of my ability (but it sufficed). Work was super busy and I ended up leaving the office late.
I missed the gym tonight, but I got some much needed grocery shopping done.
I walked for about 20 minutes today, along with my at home workout that included 10 burpees, some high knee runs, crunch & push up with the stability ball and the workout above!
How awesome is YouTube? I cannot believe it’s taken me this long to discover all of the free workout videos there are online!
Throw on some sweats and press play. Before you know it, you’ve started sweating, you’ve burned some calories and your ten minutes is over!
